Inventory Staff is to keep tracks of products/items in the stockroom, shelves and warehouse.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Operations Management, Business Management or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as Inventory Staff, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, and procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Good stress, pressure, and time management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Team player with the ability to work with other.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- With reporting skills.
- Ability to compile reports such as spread sheet.
- Knowledgeable to mathematical and analytical skills.
- Fast learner.
- With documentation skills.
- Monitoring and checking of inventory.
- With customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable in product.
- Ability to meet work deadlines.
- High attention to details.
- Assertive and flexible.
- Emotionally stable.
