Description - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff on best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Skills and Competencies: Sales training and customer relationship management proficiency
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong presentation skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Adherence to company policies and work procedures
