Job Title: Product Specialist
Job Summary:
The Product Specialist is responsible for promoting, supporting, and managing assigned products or services to ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. The role involves product presentation, client coordination, market analysis, and providing technical or product-related expertise to both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned products, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Promote and present products to clients through meetings, demonstrations, and presentations
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Assist the Sales Team in achieving revenue and sales targets
- Provide product training and technical support to customers and internal staff
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer concerns, and market activities
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth product delivery and support
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
