Sales Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Assistant specifically with experience in Construction Industry to support our daily business activities. The role involves handling sales documentation, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with inventory and purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales invoices accurately and on time
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs)
- Generate and monitor delivery receipts (DRs)
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for order fulfillment
- Track and update inventory records
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
