Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our social media presence through engaging content, compelling visuals, and effective online communication. The role involves content creation, photo and video editing, and coordination with internal teams to strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original and engaging social media content (captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos)
- Take, edit, and enhance photos and videos for social media use
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams for promotions, campaigns, and announcements
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and best practices
- Track content performance and prepare basic engagement reports
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company standards
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience as Digital Marketing Assistant
- Experience in content creation and social media management
- Knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field is an advantage
