Branch Supervisor

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent industry experience can substitute).
- 1-3 years of experience in branch operations, retail management, sales, or customer service.
- Proven experience in a supervisory, team-lead, or senior assistant role, with demonstrated success managing staff performance and workflow.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor front-line staff to achieve individual and branch performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, ongoing skill development, and team training sessions.
- Manage daily staffing schedules, task delegation, and workflow to ensure optimal branch coverage.
- Branch Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily open/close procedures, cash reconciliation, and vault management.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform regular operational audits to minimize risk and operational errors.
- Sales & Business Growth
- Assist in setting and driving branch sales goals, cross-selling services, and client acquisition.
- Monitor key sales metrics and provide actionable coaching to underperforming team members.
- Build strong local community and customer relationships to support business expansion.
- Customer Service Management
- Resolve complex or escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high branch service quality standards to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
