Job Title: Marketing & Community Engagement Officer

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and relationship-driven  Marketing & Community Engagement Officer to serve as the voice of our CEO in Pajama and Starlegends Adventures brands across all online platforms.

This role focuses on building meaningful connections, driving community growth, nurturing brand loyalty, and converting engagement into leads and sales.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, excellent in communication, and highly organized—capable of fostering a thriving online community that supports our marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Community Engagement & Brand Interaction

• Manage official brand accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the Starlegends Exclusive Group.
• Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and tags following brand guidelines.
• Engage daily with followers and community members with personalized, positive interactions.
• Monitor hashtags, mentions, and conversations to identify engagement opportunities.

B. Community Building & Support

• Welcome new group members and encourage active participation.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive online environment aligned with brand values.
• Facilitate discussions, networking, and interactions within the community.
• Identify and nurture potential brand advocates and leads.
• Celebrate affiliate and business partner achievements through shoutouts and features.
• Share success stories and motivational content to empower community members.

C. Testimonial Collection & Organization

• Proactively gather testimonials from customers, franchisees, and partners.
• Organize testimonials (text, screenshots, videos) into a structured database.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to integrate testimonials into campaigns and promotions.

D. Influencer & Partnership Coordination

• Research and identify influencers and micro-influencers aligned with brand values.
• Assist in managing influencer deliverables, schedules, and timelines.
• Support execution and logistics of brand collaborations.

E. Campaign Support & Management

• Execute and monitor online campaigns focused on engagement, growth, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights.

F. Customer Support (Marketing Channels)

• Respond to inquiries via social media and marketing emails.
• Address basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure excellent service standards and protect brand reputation.

G. Tracking, Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain updated logs, trackers, and databases for engagement and testimonials.
• Prepare weekly performance reports on engagement, response times, leads, and community growth.
• Analyze social metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.

H. Compliance & General Duties

• Follow all SOPs, brand guidelines, and company policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Department Head or higher authority.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, Business, or any related field.

Experience:

• Experience in social media management, community engagement, digital marketing, or customer engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and respond professionally.
• Knowledgeable in social media trends and online community dynamics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
• Able to track metrics, prepare reports, and follow established SOPs.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about building communities.
