Job Description We are hiring Hotel Reservation Specialists to assist clients with hotel bookings, reservations, and travel inquiries. You will ensure smooth reservations and provide accurate information to deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Handle hotel reservations and travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist clients with bookings, modifications, or cancellations
• Provide accurate information on hotel options, schedules, and promotions
• Record all interactions and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company procedures

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
