Job Description We are hiring Airline Ticketing Agents to assist customers with flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, and travel inquiries. You will ensure accurate ticketing and provide seamless service to deliver excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Handle airline booking inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with ticket reservations, rebooking, and cancellations
• Issue tickets and ensure accuracy of travel details
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
• Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on airline systems and company procedures

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Excellent English communication and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
