About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented  HR Systems Development Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for the administration, development, and continuous improvement of HR systems, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automating HR processes and optimizing system workflows.

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems Administration & Support

• Administer and maintain various  HR systems such as  HRIS, recruiting systems, LMS, performance management, and case management systems
• Provide  technical support to  HR admins, functional users, and employees/end users
• Manage  user access controls and troubleshoot  system issues efficiently

System Development & Implementation

• Lead the  implementation of new HR systems , including  configuration, workflow development, and business process creation
• Develop and enhance  system workflows to  streamline operations, reduce errors, and improve data flow
• Automate  HR business processes using HR systems and related technologies

Change Management & Testing

• Handle  system change requests and facilitate the  change control process
• Review requirements, secure  change approvals , and implement updates in  test environments
• Coordinate  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)and deploy changes to  production systems

System Optimization & Analysis

• Perform  root cause analysis for system disruptions and implement  corrective actions
• Share  lessons learned to prevent recurring issues and improve processes
• Enhance system efficiency through  continuous improvements and optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in HR systems administration and management
• Experience as a  super admin or system administrator of HR systems is required
• Proven experience in  development and implementation of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, LMS, recruiting, performance tools)
• Experience with  Oracle HCM and/or UKG Pro (strongly preferred)
• Experience in  HRIS migration and system implementation is an advantage
• Proficient in  SQL/MySQL
• Experience in  web development (HTML, CSS)
• Knowledge of  Microsoft Office 365 tools (including  SharePoint, Power BI, Publisher )
• Experience with  reporting tools (e.g.,  IBM Cognos, Power BI )
• Advanced  Microsoft Excel skills ( Developer Mode, Macros, VBA )
• Strong  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Work Setup & Requirements

• Must be willing to work  mid-shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
• Must have  reliable internet connectivity for remote work
• Must be willing to work  on-site in Ortigas Center as needed
