Procurement and Compliance Analyst

In this role, you’ll support procurement activities across the business, ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings. You'll play a critical part in managing vendor relationships, analyzing procurement data, and ensuring that procurement practices align with organizational goals. Ultimately, your work will help drive smarter decision-making and build a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

What you will do as a Procurement & Compliance Analyt

• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, ensuring timely and compliant procurement transactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchase requirements and provide procurement support.
• Source quotations from accredited vendors and prepare Summary of Quotations (SOQ) or price comparison analyses.
• Review and validate the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents in accordance with BIR, SEC, and LGU regulations.
• Track and monitor procurement requests and transactions to ensure timely processing, payment, and resolution of issues.
• Oversee vendor accreditation , ensuring all required BIR-mandated documentation is collected and uploaded into the accounting system.
• Communicate with vendors to address documentation gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify the completeness and correctness of BIR-compliant invoices and official receipts based on transaction types.
• Maintain organized records of tax-related procurement documentation to support BIR audit readiness .
• Ensure accuracy of vendor information, including TINs and registered names , to prevent tax disallowances or penalties.
• Assist in interpreting and implementing updates related to BIR regulations affecting vendor payments and procurement compliance.
• Maintain clear segregation of duties between procurement recommendations and payment approvals.
• Ensure all procurement transactions are properly documented to support compliance, audit, and tax reporting requirements.
• Provide support during external audits by compiling and submitting complete procurement documentation as needed.
• Monitor the release and documentation of fuel-related transactions .
• Track issuance, usage, and accountability of company-assigned mobile devices .
• Maintain oversight of purchased assets , including tracking delivery status, transmittals, and accountability forms.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and support special projects as required.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance , or a related field.
• Solid understanding of BIR regulations , including Withholding Tax, VAT , and documentation compliance requirements.
• Minimum of 1year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Proven experience in managing procurement for company events , bulk equipment purchases , and routine procurement of office, pantry, and sanitary supplies .
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and completeness of documentation .
• Experience collaborating with Finance or Accounting teams to ensure timely payments and regulatory compliance.
• Has an experience in the Procure-to-Pay process of procurement
