Medical Project Coordinator

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Medical Project Coordinator to oversee drug safety operations in clinical trials. The role involves reviewing safety data, coordinating across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting clinical trial safety management from a remote location in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate safety data using dashboards and line listings to identify trends and coding inconsistencies
- Prepare safety summaries and summations for review meetings and aggregate reports
- Monitor data review status and escalate delays or risks to stakeholders and study leads
- Develop and review safety management plans ensuring alignment with contract requirements
- Serve as primary contact for clinical and data management teams; support meetings and business development calls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, health sciences, or equivalent; licensed RN preferred
- 2+ years clinical safety experience in monitoring, pharmacovigilance, or related fields
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines and serious adverse event processing
- Understanding of drug development, safety reporting, and data trending with coding
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and written/oral communication abilities
- Proficiency with biostatistics, data management, and clinical trial procedures
