FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator I

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for clinical trial operations across multiple projects. The role involves file management, site activation coordination, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting based in the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete assigned clinical trial activities including file reviews and documentation management
- Support site activation by developing site lists, conducting feasibility visits, and managing investigator communications
- Maintain current databases and ensure timely processing of documents to client systems
- Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings reports, and assist with regulatory compliance packages
- Provide onboarding support and training to new staff members as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Approximately 3 years of clinical research experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems (Activate, eTMF)
- Knowledge of clinical trial SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
