Marketing Associate

About the Role:

Accel Institute is looking for a Marketing Associate with a focus on content and social media, to drive the conceptualization and execution of content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and paid media.

This role is responsible for developing marketing concepts, writing clear briefs, and translating business goals into compelling, high-impact content. You will work closely with a marketing agency and a growing internal team to ensure content is executed with strong alignment, speed, and quality across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Social Media Management: Ensure that our content strategy, developed in collaboration with the agency, remains aligned with brand and business objectives. Oversee the master content calendar — integrating both agency and in-house efforts — to ensure seamless execution, delivery, and impact-driven content. Manage end-to-end content planning, scheduling, and approvals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across platforms.
• Content Production: Assist in the creation of in-house content by working closely with the internal graphic designers and ensuring the timely production of assets. Develop clear creative briefs to guide content execution and attend on-site shoots.
• Community Engagement: Develop scalable initiatives to ensure timely responses to inquiries and engagement opportunities across social media, as well as other key customer channels.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze content effectiveness, track key metrics, and refine strategies based on data insights.

Key Deliverables:

• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of 5 high-quality posts per week (optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and paid ads), including static images and videos for social media and paid ads.
• Engagement & Growth: Increase audience engagement and improve conversions.
• Reporting & Optimization: Provide monthly performance reports with insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Experience in collaborating with creative teams and external agencies.
• Experience in creating content that supports business objectives , driving audience engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Strong ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual and written content.
• Proficient in content planning, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Working Arrangement:

• Hybrid, 4 days WFH, 1 day on-site (Saturdays, BGC)
• Part-time or full-time (minimum commitment of 20 hours per week)
