Korean-Speaking Marketing Coordinator – Execution Support
Work Setup: Work From Home (Onsite may require for projects)
The Korean-Speaking Marketing Coordinator – Execution Support plays a vital role within the Marketing Coordinator (MC) Program , providing operational and executional support across multiple marketing activities, including demand generation, gated content, lead management, and event execution. This role works closely with Project Execution Leads (PELs) to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign delivery, process compliance, and data integrity throughout the marketing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Setup
- Participate in campaign planning meetings alongside Project Execution Leads to understand project scope and requirements.
- Support the setup and planning process, ensuring proper data flow through marketing systems and setting clear expectations on delivery timelines.
Execution & Project Management
- Assist Project Execution Leads in managing the end-to-end campaign execution and adherence to defined processes.
- Support various marketing service areas, including:
- PO Support
- Demand Generation
- Gated Content & Lead Acquisition / Upload
- Proof Point & Website Publishing
- Event Execution (including event preparation, registration, and coordination)
- Ensure project accountability by tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining communication flow.
Data & Insights
- Ensure customer leads are uploaded accurately to Marketo and marketing data systems.
- Utilize Marketing Services dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Support Analytics Leads in associating marketing spend and maintaining data hygiene through regular metadata reviews.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a local champion for global marketing tools and services.
- Educate stakeholders on modern marketing capabilities, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required Competencies & Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing communications , including both online and offline channels.
- Experience in client or account management and project management tools and strategies .
- Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of event marketing, planning, and execution tools .
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications (agency or client-side), with a focus on event marketing and virtual events .
