- Assist in planning and executing projects, data collection, and providing administrative support.
- Assist project managers in organizing tasks and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Track project progress and update documentation accordingly.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in planning, project management, implementation, solutions development, field management, and data management.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional fieldwork; may require flexibility in hours.
