Project Manager

- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery within the specified timeline and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are tracked and completed.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or any related
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of project management experience in Solar industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and leadership skills; proficiency in project management software.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
