Electrical Project Engineer

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, costs, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support, review designs and plans, and ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise during project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
- Monitor the quality of materials, processes, and work performed, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Address technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure project obstacles are overcome in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper testing and evaluation procedures are in place for project deliverables and equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Typically, 2-3 years of experience in project engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineering license is a plus
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project), AutoCAD, or other engineering design tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to resolve engineering issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage team dynamics.
