Sales Assistant

- Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent service.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the register.

- Support sales team in achieving targets and goals.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination skills are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
