- We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Assistant to join our team and support our sales operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, and thrive in a dynamic retail or business environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or a relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling is beneficial.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, with a focus on building relationships and meeting customer needs.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory management and sales processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email, or specific sales software).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the product range or willingness to quickly learn product details and features.

- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude when engaging with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Capability to lift, carry, or move merchandise, typically up to [X] pounds, as needed.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks such as restocking shelves or organizing displays.
- Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings based on the business schedule.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
