Assistant Sales Manager

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing effective sales strategies and plans.
- Coordinate sales efforts between different departments to enhance performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to optimize team performance.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the poultry or agribusiness sector
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
