Career Support Lead

Responsibilities:
- Drive daily and weekly targets for interviews, placements, and service quality.
- Monitor individual KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure consistent adherence to workflows and standards.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins.
- Provide real-time feedback and skills development support.
- Escalate persistent performance issues with documentation.
- Manage schedules and workload distribution.
- Identify recurring execution issues and recommend improvements.
- Provide escalation support for complex job seeker or employer cases.
- Bachelor's degree required or High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.
- Proven experience handling high-volume calls and coaching teams in a fast-paced
- 3+ years of contact center experience, including exposure to US night shift operations.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience managing quality, CRM/ATS accuracy, and team
- Strong coaching, process improvement, and team development skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
