Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned enterprise employer accounts and build trusted client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and successful hiring outcomes.
• Conduct business reviews and monitor account health, hiring performance, and key KPIs.
• Identify hiring bottlenecks and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and

• Support platform adoption, process improvements, and maintain accurate CRM and account records.
• Partner with Enterprise Employers, Hiring Managers, Sales, Career Support, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, BPO Operations, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken English with confidence in client-facing and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong client management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to

• Experience managing employer/client relationships, account health, and hiring success metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• CRM experience and exposure to supporting US-based clients preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage operational workflows, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Proven experience scaling new accounts, campaigns, or operational processes from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement and business implementation initiatives.
