Sales Lead

The Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales performance and team productivity by providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to Sales Representatives. This role ensures sales targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are consistently achieved while maintaining process compliance and CRM accuracy. As the first level of leadership within the sales team, the Sales Lead develops team capabilities, addresses performance issues, and promotes continuous improvement to support business growth. Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate and support new business opportunities.
• Drive daily and weekly sales performance through coaching and team supervision.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes, playbooks, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support team development through call monitoring, feedback, and on-the-job coaching.
• Identify and escalate performance concerns with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate team schedules, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B inside sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and performance management skills.
• Ability to influence team performance and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and effective in managing both client and team interactions.

• Experience leading high-volume sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
