Sales Account Manager - Cebu (HEAVY EQUIPMENT)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the construction, mining, or industrial sectors.
Product Demonstration: Conduct on-site demonstrations, presentations, and installations of heavy machinery to prospective clients, highlighting technical specifications and benefits.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, providing after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and sales agreements to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume/revenue targets.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and pipeline activity using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in heavy equipment, machinery, or the construction industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (mechanical preferred).
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical specifications of heavy machinery.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, site inspections, and demonstrations.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
