HR Officer/HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
• Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Ensure candidates align with both professional standards and Christian values
• Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs (teachers and non-teaching staff)
2. Employee Relations
• Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns and conflict resolution
• Promote a positive, respectful, and faith-centered work environment
• Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with school policies
3. Performance Management
• Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems
• Track staff performance and support professional development plans
• Coordinate training, seminars, and spiritual formation activities
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and educational regulations
• Develop and update HR policies consistent with Christian principles
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality
5. Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Coordinate payroll processing
• Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance
• Assist in compensation planning
6. Culture and Values Integration
• Support activities that promote Christian values within the school
• Help organize retreats, devotions, and staff fellowship activities
• Ensure staff uphold the school’s faith-based mission
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of HR experience (school setting is a strong advantage)
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Organizational and administrative skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
