HR Officer/HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is essential in supporting both employees and management to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes..
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and industry standards.
- Support HR initiatives and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
