Job Requirements: - Strong Communication Skills
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable initiating conversation.
- At least a senior high school graduate
- Experience in Sales, retail, customer service is an advantage
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a mall environment.
- Willing to work ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Actively offering, introducing, and selling retail insurance products to SM MALL customers.
- Engaging walk-in clients, explaining simple insurance solutions.
