Sales Representative

Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Address concerns or complaints with empathy and timely resolution.
Sales and Product Knowledge
Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve or exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and effective upselling. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and new offerings.
Visual Merchandising
Maintain an attractive and well-organized sales floor. Follow merchandising standards and help create appealing displays. Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed.
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
Accurately process transactions using the POS system. Handle cash, card, and other payment methods in line with company policies. Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
Inventory Management
Assist in managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Gather customer feedback and share insights to support service and product improvements.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members to meet store goals. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Attend meetings, trainings, and perform other tasks as assigned.
