The Accounting Supervisor oversees daily accounting operations, ensures compliance with financial policies and procedures, manages vendor and customer transactions, and leads the accounting team in delivering accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.
Job Description
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and timely posting of financial transactions.
Implement financial policies, conduct audits, and address discrepancies to ensure compliance.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members, identifying training and development needs.
Manage vendor and customer relationships, resolve concerns, and ensure timely processing of payments.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and present accurate operational and financial reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is an advantage.
3–5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Work Assignment and Schedule
Work Location: Quiapo, Manila
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
