Accounting Specialist

Additional: 13th-month pay and other company-specific benefits.
Hours: Monday to Saturday (occasional Sundays), 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Note: Meals and accommodation are not provided .
Responsibilities
Financial Records: Maintain and organize comprehensive company financial records.
Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and assist in year-end audits.
Accounts Management: Monitor and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Payroll & Banking: Assist with payroll processing and perform monthly bank statement reconciliations.
Compliance: Ensure all operations meet statutory and government requirements.
General Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and support the accounting team with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Education: Degree in Accountancy or a related financial field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and standard accounting software .
Competencies: High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
