About the Role
Hunter Douglas, the world leader in Window Coverings, is looking for a creative, driven, and service-minded individual to fill the position of Account Executive. In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the organization by representing our brand in showrooms and building lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the Face of FGI
- Represent the company with confidence and credibility when engaging with developers and clients
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of FGI's business objectives, SOPs, and product portfolio
- Drive Lead Generation
- Actively generate and qualify leads
- Organize and facilitate product presentations, showroom and visits
- Manage the Client Experience
- Present Hunter Douglas with precision, highlighting product benefits tailored to client needs
- Ensure timely and complete submission of all necessary documents while communicating updates professionally and positively
- Lead After-Sales Coordination
- Oversee every stage of the client journey - ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and storage solutions in close collaboration with developers, marketing, and upper management
- Ensure efficient project execution by proactively addressing challenges and maintaining clear, timely communication
Job Qualifications
- Preferably with experience in sales
- Interest in interior design an advantage
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
