Enterprise Operations Management - Deposit And Other Product Support Staff

Responsibilities:
Assist members in opening new deposit accounts and provide information on the various types of accounts offered by the cooperative. Process deposit transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently. Monitor and maintain accurate records of members' deposits and account balances. Handle inquiries and concerns from members regarding their deposits and other financial products. Educate members on the benefits and features of the cooperative's deposit and financial products. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient processing of transactions and resolution of issues. Assist in the development and implementation of new deposit and financial products. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Provide support in promoting and marketing deposit and financial products to attract new members. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide the best possible service to members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in a financial institution or cooperative is preferred
- Strong knowledge of deposit and financial products and services
- Excellent communication, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
