Production Staff Worker :
- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Ensuring that production processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Troubleshooting production issues and making adjustments to machinery as necessary
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
- Working with a team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
Production Staff Worker Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role
- Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in production work
- Excellent mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed
