Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Rep Role Overview As a Bilingual Representative, you will be the voice of our company for our Spanish and English-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve technical or billing issues, and ensure a seamless experience across both languages. Key Responsibilities Dual-Language Support: Efficiently toggle between Spanish and English to assist customers via phone, email, and live chat. Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions using company databases. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in English within the CRM system. Cultural Competence: Adapt communication style to suit different regional dialects and cultural nuances within the Spanish-speaking community. Efficiency: Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Required Qualifications Language: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (B2/C1 level) and professional proficiency in English. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Experience: At least 6–12 months of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role. Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple tabs, CRM software (like Salesforce or Zendesk), and office tools. Schedule: Ability to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays to align with Western time zones.
