Customer Service Representative

Your Profile in Customer Service
  • Must possess great communication and comprehension skills

  • Has at least work in the same or related position for 1 year or more

  • Experience handling blended support channels (voice, email, chat, and e-commerce platforms)

  • Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Has basic knowledge with PC hardware and components – highly advantageous.

  • Has experience with AU Business (preferred but not required)

  • Strong telephone communication management aptitude

  • Amenable to work fully onsite in our BGC site (AU) Dayshift schedule

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS

  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach in all interactions

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across multiple channels

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Process orders, applications, and service requests with accuracy

  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery

  • Provide insights to enhance customer service processes and overall experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support

  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions across different platforms simultaneously
