Description - Assist in coordinating sales activities and ensure smooth communication between sales team members.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Support the sales team with effective administrative tasks and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that drive sales in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Mandarin and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
