Sales Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! In this office-based role, you'll support the Sales Team by preparing quotations, processing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and training clients on our vending machine and e-payment solutions. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with both clients and cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client orientation and training on vending machine operations and e-payment solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations using the company pricing system.
- Process and maintain sales and client documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor project implementation and follow up on client requirements.
- Prepare operational, sales, and client support reports.
- Assist in improving sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (licensed or non-licensed), Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales support, client coordination, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on-site in Sampaloc, Manila .
