Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: No Call Center (CC) experience required!
- Plus Factor: Ideally with 7 months or more of Customer Experience (CCE) in Tech & Sales .
- Plus Factor: Prior experience handling Billing and Sales is a major advantage.
- Education: At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate .
- Language Proficiency: Must have Excellent English communication skills and high confidence.
- Amenability: Ready to work on-site in Davao on shifting, night, or weekend schedules.
