Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. No prior BPO or call center experience is required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolve basic customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Document customer interactions and update account information
- Meet assigned performance and quality standards
Qualifications:
- No BPO or call center experience required
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Computer literate
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn
- Must be reliable, professional, and a team player
