Marketing Executive

- Sets marketing objectives based on prior results and market expectations
- Conducts market research and analysis, as well as other pertinent data, to develop marketing plans
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote primarily on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok and other online platforms
- Develop all sales teams' and media outlets' marketing strategy
- Approves and supervises the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related initiatives
- Engage with clients on all platforms, answering client’s queries and needs
- Works with a variety of media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other service providers to bring marketing projects to life
- Provides detailed information to prospective clients and represents the marketing department at key buyer meetings
- Develops cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service within the department budget
- Keeps track of all marketing and sales statistics and prepares detailed written and verbal reports for senior executives
- Responds to collected data and other feedback by adjusting marketing campaigns and plans as appropriate
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
- With at least 5 years of experience or more.
- with experience in Real Estate Marketing Department is a plus.
- Experience with search engine marketing interfaces for deploying and managing paid search campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to command a presence when needed
- Ability to handle multiple high priority projects and to change direction in managing online campaigns
- A strong understanding of online marketing and statistical analysis
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
