Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Description The Sales Marketing Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan del Monte. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing a portfolio of client accounts for architectural and design services. The Sales Marketing Account Executive builds and maintains strong client relationships, prepares and delivers presentations, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met. Daily tasks include following up on inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events. The role requires active engagement with local markets, regular client meetings, and consistent reporting on sales performance and pipeline status. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee client portfolios and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to close deals, negotiate terms, and achieve revenue targets.
• Candidate must possess a blend of interior design industry knowledge and standard corporate sales acumen. Because the company specializes in premium window treatments, curtains, blinds, and interior consultations for residential and commercial projects, the required qualifications focus heavily on relationship building and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work on-site in San Juan del Monte, conduct client visits, and represent the company in meetings and events.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in basic office software and presentation tools; familiarity with marketing practices and local market trends is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not required if supported by relevant experience.
