US Accountant (BGC Taguig / Onsite) (Open for Fresh Grad / Competitive Salary!)

- Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash application, collections, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial processing, including month-end close and cash management.
- Prepare management reports and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review payroll taxes and ensure timely payment of payroll and corporate taxes by payroll service.
- Maintain organized records and files to document financial transactions.
- Implement recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
- Direct internal audits involving the review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Support budget and forecasting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
- Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls.
- File reports for BIR, including monthly remittance returns, annual information returns, VAT declarations, income tax returns, and other required submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of meaningful experience in general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
