Fresh Graduate Accounting / Admin Assistant (Residing in Davao only)

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Accounting/Admin Assistant to join our growing team and must be currently residing in Davao City. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in accounting and administration while working remotely. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, and possesses excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
- Record and organize financial transactions accurately.
- Help manage invoices, receipts, and expense records.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain and update accounting records using QuickBooks (training provided if needed).
- Organize digital files and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and operations team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information System, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be currently residing in Davao City.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
