Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 35,000 Gross
Qualifications:
- With 2 years of experience in construction
- With valid Certificates of HIRAC, COSH, LCM, First Aid, Scaffolding
- With experience in HIRAC, COSH, LCM, First Aid, Scaffolding
- Experience in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) in a construction environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold workplace health and safety programs in line with regulatory requirements.
- Carry out risk assessments, safety audits, and incident reviews to identify hazards and corrective actions.
- Lead safety trainings and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel are informed and prepared.
- Ensure strict adherence to company and government safety standards across all operations.
- Oversee site activities to detect and address unsafe practices or conditions before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate documentation of safety records and reports for compliance and continuous improvement.
