Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in motorpool or fleet operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge in repairs and spare parts of heavy equipment and vehicles
- Proven ability to organize workload and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze operational data and make sound decisions to optimize motorpool efficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to work night shift
- Willing to work at Top Pinnacle Gas Corporation - Calaca, Batangas
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Motorpool Supervisor (Night Shift) to manage and oversee the daily night operations of our motorpool. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment vehicles, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to ensure optimal fleet performance.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise daily motorpool operations during the night shift, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in safe, operational condition and ready for deployment
- Prepare vehicles for disposal in accordance with the vehicle replacement program requirements
- Lead, train, and supervise mechanics, helper mechanics, and support staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and guidance
- Establish, implement, and enforce safety protocols and procedures for vehicle operations and maintenance
- Monitor motorpool efficiency, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve productivity and reduce downtime
- Organize workloads and set priorities to meet operational demands under pressure
