Batch Plant Supervisor

Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities at the plant.
- Oversee the batching process to ensure accurate mixing of materials.
- Ensure the batch plant runs at optimal capacity, meeting production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings for quality control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all concrete/asphalt is mixed and delivered according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on materials, mixtures, and final products.
- Maintain quality control records and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering
- Candidates who are licensed Mechanical Engineers will have an advantage
- With at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the field
- With work experience supervising a group of heavy equipment mechanics and operators in-charge of equipment maintenance and operations
- With good coordination, communication and organization skills
- With Driver's License
- Must be willing to relocate in the project site
