- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure quality of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding project initiatives.
- Document all patient interactions and project progress accurately.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a project-based role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to execute project plans and report on project statuses
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and adaptive to changing environments
