ROLE OVERVIEW
The Procurement Assistant (Project & Non-Trade) is responsible for supporting the procurement of local project-related and non-trade goods and
services in accordance with company policies,
procedures, and operational requirements.
The role involves preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, monitoring deliveries, processing payment requests, and maintaining accurate procurement records and reports.
The position ensures timely and cost-effective
purchasing, proper documentation, compliance with procurement standards, and efficient coordination among Procurement, Finance, Warehouse/Inventory, Project Management, and Sales to support the company’s supply chain
and operational objectives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or administrative support.
- Has good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
- Demonstrates strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Has basic knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, quotation comparison, and supplier evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for preparing reports, monitoring purchases, and maintaining procurement records.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple purchasing requests while meeting deadlines.
- Has good coordination and follow-up skills to monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment requests.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential
- procurement records.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
SALARY RANGE Php 18,000-20,000
