Virtual Assistant NEEDED! (EXPERIENCED) PAYS WELL! - Remote
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in building a digital program for Elementary Teachers. This remote position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a meaningful project. If you are committed and ready to grow with us, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage content for the digital program.
- Assist with launch preparation and ensure all materials are ready on time.
- Create engaging graphics using Canva for promotional materials.
- Provide simple email support and manage communication effectively.
- Utilize Google Docs/Sheets for documentation and data management.
- Support social media efforts to promote the program and engage with our audience.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Canva , Google Docs , and Google Sheets .
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in education or working with teachers.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
